Don't forget that you can get any sandwich at the Subway chain as a salad. A hot meatball sub as a salad sounds odd but it is actually really good. I just wish McDonald's had lowcarb options for breakfast. The only choice seems to be to buy the sandwich and throw away the bread.

A meatball salad is crazy enough to work in my book. :) I will try next time I am at Subway and feeling dangerous.
