There are teriyaki bowl places all over that offer this country. Often times they come with a mound of rice at the bottom of the bowl. Flame Broiler in Southern California is no different. I decided to go there and I ask for no rice and extra chicken. They use cabbage, carrots, and broccoli for their veggies. They also cook their chicken in a light "magic sauce" which is a fancy phrase for teriyaki. That just means that now your chcicken has some extra carbs in it that it didn't before, so be careful.
Places like Flame Broiler are great because they are usally pretty cheap to just get some chicken and veggies. And since the pack their bowls full you know your be getting your moneys worth.
