A friend and I get lunch together regularly on Fridays. Often times we hit our usual spots, but this past week we decided to try something new. Near my work there is a place called Thai Spice which is essentially a fast food Thai restaurant. We decided to give it a go and try something new. Most items on the menu either have rice or noodles so when I spotted chicken Lettuce wraps it seemed like a pretty safe bet.
I will say that it certainly had flavor and plenty of spice. I had mine made at medium and that may have been too much spice cause it was pretty hot. My mouth was burning afterwards. The other annoying issue is how difficult is was to make a wrap since they dumped all the chicken on the lettuce anyway. It was essentially a salad. I just knife and forked it the whole time. Still, its nice to have another nearby option.
