Some people out there have told me that they have had a hard time finding low carb tortillas at stores in their area. Well, the good news is, Target's food brand of Market Pantry now has low carb tortillas. And you can find Target almost anywhere in this country. They aren't too bad either. At 6g a tortilla they are pretty good and big too. They aren't the most natural of low carb tortillas, but its the only choice you have at a store like Target. The great thing is, one tortilla is definitely big enough for a wrap or burrito. Look for them near the rest of there tortillas and mexican foods.

Thanks for the tip on the tortillas. Last trip to Kroger(Fry's) they quit carrying the Mission tortillas in the low carb, except for a tiny whole wheat one. I am back for two weeks on induction after 18 months on Atkins. Have let a little carb creep gradually set in lately. Have a goal of going to California 7 lbs lighter and at my fighting weight. I'll hold off on the tortillas till then.

I normally use Tumaro's Low Carb Tortillas but Kroger stopped carrying them for some reason. I don't know if it's a permanent issue or not, but in the meantime I needed something else that was both low carb and relatively low in sodium. I am glad I came across this blog post when I did because I had an alternative to choose from. Thanks for posting this information!
