Topped with fresh grilled chicken, grilled onions, peppers, roasted corn, avocado, and topped with a light balsamic dressing. I like this salad because the balsamic taste has a light sweetness in it to me. Its not too vinegary and bitter either. The flavor really works well with the veggies.
It appears to come it at a fair amount of carbs, but there is a lot of fiber in this one and the protein it pretty high too.
