Needless to say it is extremely difficult trying to eat healthy and exercise with a newborn in the house. Some days it’s extremely difficult to just eat. I don’t really get to have a lot of time to do the things we want to do or get things done we like to get done and it can be a little frustrating. But we’re trying our best in this week I’m trying to get back on the wagon again. I need to lose some additional pounds that I put back on and I’m not afraid to be honest about it. I made some bad decisions in the past and it’s easy to start slipping back The other direction. Anyway hopefully I’ll have some more posts as I start to get back on.
