I definitely notice that I don’t lose the weight as fast as I use to, but I think that’s ok. It's probably more important to me that I regain my lifestyle choices and eating habits. I am not doing this just to shed some pounds, but to get back into a healthy lifestyle for myself.
I am still constantly looking for new things that are low carb. More than anything, snacks. Thinks that I can eat at night when relaxing and not have the guilt about. That’s not easy. Most of the time its cheese or nuts. The problem I have with nuts is that I can very easily eat too much without paying attention to the amount.
