Ketologie Vanilla Coconut Noat-meal is the real deal folks! If you want some instant oatmeal in the morning that doesn’t sacrifice flavor, and doesn’t pack in the carbs this is it! I followed the directions on the pack which recommend using water or milk to make the cereal. I used an unsweetened Almond Milk for my bowl. Placed it in the microwave for a few seconds, mixed it up and was ready to go. I was concerned that a small pack of this stuff wouldn’t go very far and that the bowl wouldn’t be very full. Not the case at all. It was a nice serving size. It also had a nice sweet taste. I didn’t have to add anything to the mixture. The vanilla and coconut really was a win. The package also says you can eat it cold, but I don’t know why you would want to. It was so tasty as a warm treat.
I am totally going to order some of this stuff right away. This stuff is legit!
