If you read this blog you know that I am constantly on the look-out for Low Carb products that meet my lifestyle and help to make my life a bit easier. Saving time on cooking, and having a variety of snacks available help to make the diet a bit easier on myself so I don’t get bored with the same old things. So when I discovered that there was a new subscription service that sends you products that fit within the low carb lifstyle I was on board.

Keto Krate is a new subscription box that is available in the long list of to your door monthly box subscriptions that is specifically geared towards the Keto and low carb lifestyle. They guarantee that all items in the box will be less than 5 carbs per serving and that the value of the collected items products will always exceed the cost of the box.

My desire to find some new snacks that were low carb is really what made me decide to give it a try, that plus who doesn’t like a surprise now and then.

My review's for the individual products in this box will be cut short here. I will be doing more in-depth reviews on each product and share links to those reviews here as I complete them. Right now I just want to talk about this month's box and what I got as a whole.

The first thing I noticed in this box was noodles. A box of veggie noodles was included. I’m always looking for good noodle substitutes in my house so this should be fun to try. After that with the snacks mix that was pumpkin seeds and kale. Some dried cheese bites, a beef stick, and some beef bites which are actually more like a beef stick cut up into small pieces. There’s a pretty tasty looking protein bar here. It’s a salted caramel flavor. The protein says it’s all grass fed so I’m guessing it must have some real legit protein in it. There’s a burn butter which I’ve never been able to really understand how to properly use, low-carb chocolate bar, and some delicious brittle by a company that I love who makes sugar-free candies. When the last items was some crackers. Mau is a little nervous to try low-carb crackers. I had some of been good but I’ve also had some that are in pretty bad. Look forward to seeing how these turn out.

All in all this box was OK but didn’t have a Lotta surprising elements to it. I’d love to see a keto crate where they try to avoid putting any beef sticks in and also dried cheese. Be fun to see a couple more unique items. But I still eat them and enjoy having him around.
