Keto and Co. Chocolate Brownies are super easy to make. If you follow the directions on the package you simply have to add couple eggs, some water, and oil. The batter is extremely thick and is almost more of a dough. That means you're forced to press it into the baking pan. Bake it for 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven and out pops a delicious pan of low-carb brownies. According to the packaging each brownie is about 1 1/2 carbs. They're able to do this using sucralose as a sweetener and almond flour with some other things to reduce the carbs.
The big question is how does it taste. It's actually pretty good. I wish the brownies were a little bit more fudgey and not as dry. That could be because I baked them a little long. It could also be this particular mix. There's no way for me to tell unless I were to make another batch. Even with the way they turned out they still taste great. They capture a great brownie taste and go great with a nice cuppa coffee. And you can't beat that carb count.
