Ken Davis Classic 2 Carb BBQ Sauce is just that, a BBQ sauce that promises to keep the sugars and carbs low. It still gives the smoky taste you like with BBQ but the sweetness is not as much. One thing that is cool is if you look on the ingredient list of most sauces one of the first things you usually see is High Fructose Corn Syrup. That's not here at all. This is done a lot more the old fashion way with spices and tomato paste. And while they could have put in sugar alcohols to sweeten it up more, they choose to give more of a smoky sauce with less sweet that is still more natural that others which I think is fine.
Overall it's not an amazing BBQ. The flavor is decent, but does lack that sweetness you might expect. Its good for what it is. Personally if you are someone who really watches every carb and wants to be sure you don't let those hidden carbs sneak into your meal then this is a good choice for you. I sometimes let myself have a little more freedom in the condiment category. If it will help something I am eating have flavor then I usually will excuse it, I just wont use as much.
