Summer is just around the corner now and that means vacations. Destination hot spots and extreme tourist attractions fill our trips and often along with those exciting locations comes food that are deep fried in flour or wrapped in carbs. I live in southern Californian and am surrounded by places like Legoland, Universal Studios, and Disneyland.
Two skewers should control your appetite pretty well. Be careful though because they can use a lot of the sauce and I have no doubt that there is some carbs in them. If you are just starting Atkins you may want to have them put the sauce on the side. Then again, your on vacation, so enjoy your sauce, its better than one of those carmeled apples or churros you will pass over and over again.
