Atkins Review: Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

Another frozen meal to discuss. This one was pretty yummy. The flavor was good and everything, it was just another case of the veggies shrinking on me so I found myself being hungry not long after eating it. I think that is a common thing for me when it comes to Asian dishes to begin with, so when the food shrinks I am really going to be hungry.

I liked the choice of veggies that they used, and the sauce was good and tasty. The chicken was decent portions to. But I need a little more than this to fill me up. My wife suggested to cook the meal and then add some extra broccoli to it. She did this once and said it worked out pretty well for herself. Not a bad way to go I think.

7 carbs might be on the higher side of the frozen meals Atkins provides, so I might go to another one that would fill me up in place of this one. It's still a good choice though.

The Sesame Chicken is my favorite of the Atkins frozen meals. I have it for lunch at work at least twice a week. All my co-workers love the way it smells but I tell them hands off!

I like this one but I also hate how few veggies there are in it. I'm used to not getting much on the meat side with frozen meals but come on, they can add another fluff of broccoli without it hurting the bottom line.
