![]() I eat a lot of cheese at my house. It's an easy snack to pull from and the carb count is always low. Cheese is great to help fill in your meals and make your dinners feel a bit more full. There is a great new cheese snack making the rounds and that is Cheddar Cheese Curds. Its a more unprocessed version of cheese. Has great flavor and its great for munching on. Some companies even flavor their cheese for a little extra kick. if you want to try some, look for it near the deli counter. ![]() Pillsbury makes a Sugar free Chocolate Fudge Brownie mix that drastically reduces the amount of carbs you would find in traditional brownies. It's not perfect, but it's a big change from other packaged brownies out there. It comes in at about 11 grams of carbs per serving. That's not too bad, unless you cut brownies like we do at our house which is really more like 2.5 servings. Anyway, they taste pretty good. I didn't even really notice a difference. It's a great option to have and a nice way to treat yourself if you have managed to stay low carb for some time. I am sure that someone out there has a homemade recipe that beat this in grams, but for store bought, this is pretty good. they are pretty hard to track down though. The one store that had them for me stopped carrying them too. Carbs 23 Dietary Fiber 3 Sugar Alcohols 9 Net Carbs 11 Grans per serving Of all the Level Bars I have tried, the Chocolate Peanut Crunch was my favorite. It has a good peanut taste and was pretty good in terms of its consistency and overall flavor. These are still more in the protein bar category and not diet bars so they have a bit more of the protein taste to them. But if you expect that then it probably wont phase you at all. Four Net carbs per bar means that its another tool in your tool belt against those cravings.
Tired of eating the same old hotdogs? These are great and have a fun flavor to them. Not much to say about that. They have about 3 carbs a piece and are pretty hearty in size. Nice chili flavor and are great for grilling and a bunless meal.
