I haven't had a chance to try any other recipes like a shake or cookies yet, and I hope to soon, but I have tried a basic bowl of hot cereal. I used a little almond milk, added some sweetener and cinnamon. It was pretty good. Only the serving size seems kind of small. Two tables spoons didn’t seem to equate to a very big bowl of cereal after adding the milk. But the taste with the cinnamon was good. It's close to that of a malt-o-meal cereal in its texture. Of course it's really as sweet as you want it to be but it does have a nice mild vanilla taste to it. Pretty good.
The downfall with this stuff is probably the price. Like most low carb products they aren't that cheap. One bag runs about $26 bucks. Again. It’s a great option. But is it worth the price. I guess that sup to you.
