Yesterday was a big moving day for us. We're getting ready to hit the road for the tour finally and so we had a lot of packing to do. We moved everything we own into 10 x 10 storage space. Kind of weird when you can get everything you own in such a small space. I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing.
Anyway, because of all the moving the entire day was like one extremely large workout. I was sweating like crazy. I won't lie I had some carbs yesterday. I guess I figured I could do with them after the extreme lifting and it would not really bother me. Of course the problem as always is knowing my limits and I may or may have gone overboard. I've been doing a really good job staying where my goal weight is the last couple weeks so I don't really feel too bad about it.
Tomorrow we officially hit the road to our first tour date in Riverside California. Back to eating normal tomorrow. Tonight we do food trucks.
